Kelsey McLeod

Kelsey McLeod is an accomplished professional in the financial services sector, currently serving as VP and Director of Digital Innovation at Umpqua Bank since March 2023, where Kelsey drives digital transformation efforts and technology integration to enhance customer experience. Prior to this role, Kelsey held various leadership positions at Columbia Bank, including VP and Manager of Application Development, focusing on application development and governance. Kelsey’s extensive experience includes significant contributions to mergers and technology consolidations at multiple banks, as well as expertise in cloud migration and application development from previous roles at U.S. Bank, Banner Bank, and AmericanWest Bank. Kelsey holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Portland State University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from The University of Texas at Austin.
