Nick Austin currently serves as Vice President of Consultancy and Managing Director for North America at UMS Group since April 2022. Prior to this role, Nick was President of Ashton Gray Energy from June 2021 to May 2022. Nick's extensive experience at FirstEnergy spanned over a decade, during which time Nick held multiple leadership positions, including President of Penelec, Operations Services Director for The Illuminating Company, Director of Corporate Asset & Project Management, and Senior Distribution Specialist. Nick began their career as an attorney at Benesch Friedlander and Petronzio Schneier Co., LPA. Nick holds a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Dayton.
