Chew Kar Kean joined the UMW Group in 2015, as the Director of Property Development with UMW Development Sdn Bhd. He has more than 30 years of experience in the construction and property industry and had successfully launched and completed numerous residential, commercial, and industrial projects in the Klang Valley, Perak, and Johor.
One of the key projects that he is currently undertaking is the unlocking of UMW Group’s land bank in Serendah into a new generation of an industrial park, known as the UMW High-Value Manufacturing Park. The industrial park sets to become a new benchmark for industrial development and is accredited with green certification by GreenRE.
