Razalee Amin is a licensed auditor and an approved liquidator, who has more than 42 years of experience in various management positions and directorships in public listed companies with areas of expertise in audit, corporate recovery, finance, banking, and investment acquisition. He started his career at Messrs. Hanafiah Raslan & Mohamad, a Chartered Accountants firm. In 1983, he joined Sateras Resources (Malaysia) Berhad as the Group Financial Controller before being appointed as the Senior Vice President of the Investment and Acquisition Division of MBf Finance Berhad in 1987. He subsequently served Damansara Realty Berhad as its Senior General Manager from 1994 until 1996, when he set up his own Chartered Accountants firm, Razalee & Co, where he is presently the Managing Partner.
