Lei Guo has a diverse work experience which includes roles in various organizations. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Management Consultant at Roland Berger. In 2014, they also joined UNICEF where they worked in Corporate Strategy until 2017. During that time, they also served as an Alibaba Global Fellow-Product Track at Alibaba Group for a brief period in 2017. Later that year, they joined UNESCO in the Regional Strategy role for a few months. From 2017-2018, Lei Guo was a Managing Partner at China AI 30 Forum. Lastly, starting in 2018, they worked as a Project Lead, Innovation Initiatives at UN-Habitat where they were the Chief Editor of the flagship publication "Future Cities, New Economy, and Shared City Prosperity driven by Technological Innovations."
Lei Guo earned a Bachelor of Finance from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2009-2013 and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University in 2013-2015.
