Ntchatcho Caroline possesses extensive experience in human resources and personnel administration, currently serving as a Technical Officer and previously as an Executive Officer and Human Resources Assistant at UNAIDS since February 2010. Educational qualifications include a D.E.S.A. in Human Resources Management from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a Master's degree in International Business Law from the University of Yaounde, Cameroon.
