Erik Saelens is the CEO of Unbox since April 2020, focusing on efficient and transparent fund distribution. From January 2006 to December 2022, Erik served as a professional speaker, author, host, and professor, concentrating on meaningful branding and relevant marketing. Prior experience includes serving as chairman of the Brandhome foundation and founder & executive strategic director at Brandhome from March 1995 to February 2020, where strategic projects were managed. Erik also held positions as CEO & strategic director at Drupsteen-Saelens and CMCO a.i. at BASE (Telenet Group). Additional roles included brand advisor at KPN® and involvement with Sodexo and Walibi. Erik holds degrees in Marketing and Economics from the University of Antwerp and completed studies in Hotel Management and Professional Cooking.
