Currently serving as System Director of Opportunity Development and Value Account Management at UNC Health Alliance since August 2017, Zach previously held roles as System Manager of Strategic Planning and Senior Strategy Consultant, focusing on growth-oriented strategies and value-based initiatives throughout the UNC Health system. Prior to this, Zach worked as a Senior Consultant at EXL from August 2012 to July 2017, contributing to operations strategy for the healthcare industry. Zach holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Anthropology with a Minor in Statistics from Swarthmore College and a Master of Health Administration from the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.
