Will Viets

Will Viets has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Will has served as the Director Of Operations at UNC Physicians Network since May 2022, prior to which they were the Regional Administrator III from January 2019 to May 2022. Before joining UNC, Will worked as a Regional Manager at the same organization from May 2011 to January 2019. Will also served as the Practice Administrator at Medical Oncology & Hematology Associates of Northern Virginia from October 2009 to March 2011. Additionally, they worked as a Research Analyst at GE from May 2008 to August 2008. Will's career commenced with their role as an Economic Development Volunteer at Peace Corps from July 2003 to January 2006, where they contributed significantly to the establishment of a municipal library and the improvement of the municipal property tax system. Earlier in 2003, they worked as a Database Manager at the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, where they supported program planning, patient outreach, and office operations.

Will Viets completed their MBA in Finance and Health Care Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Economics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2000 to 2002, earning a BA degree.
