Blair Conner, MBA, has a wealth of experience in the financial industry, particularly in the credit union sector. Most recently, starting in December 2022, Blair has served as the SVP Chief Credit Officer at UNCLE Credit Union.
Before that, Blair worked as the CEO of Frances Magness Financial Consulting from May 2017 onwards. Prior to that, Blair held positions of Vice President of Lending at CBC Federal Credit Union from March 2021 to December 2022, Vice President of Loan Operations at WestStar Credit Union from January 2018 to March 2021, and Vice President of Lending at Heritage Grove Federal Credit Union from July 2016 to May 2017.
Blair's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Mortgage & Equity Lending at Arizona Federal Credit Union from January 2015 to March 2016, and as the Mortgage Funding Manager at First Technology Federal Credit Union from August 2006 to September 2014.
Throughout Blair's career, they have consistently held senior-level positions, demonstrating their expertise in credit operations and lending. With their strong background in the financial industry and leadership roles, Blair Conner is well-equipped to contribute to any organization's success.
Blair Conner, MBA, has a strong educational background in business administration and management. In 2005, Blair Conner enrolled at Portland State University - School of Business, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2009. After gaining practical experience in the field, Blair pursued further education and completed a Graduate program in Financial Services Pricing at The Pricing Institute - MOEBS Services in 2015. Determined to enhance their expertise in business administration, Blair Conner then enrolled in Western Governors University in 2017 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. They successfully completed their MBA in 2018, further solidifying their skills and knowledge in the field.
