Michael Albertini, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Uncommon Cacao, having previously held titles such as Operations and Systems Manager and Supply Chain Manager. Michael's experience includes significant roles at Exxel Outdoors from October 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing Open to Buy budgets, coordinating sales efforts, and providing customer service in various capacities. Additional roles include Student Affairs Manager for an international study abroad program in East Africa, Personal Care Assistant, and Primary Trail Guide. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Policy, and Management from the University of Minnesota. Educational experiences also include studies focused on international development in Kenya.
