Allison Fields

Allison Fields currently serves as the Director of Data & IT Governance at Uncommon Schools, having progressed through roles including Senior Manager of Data Governance and Senior Associate Director of Data Management since November 2018. Prior to this, Allison worked at Harlem Children's Zone as a Data Strategy Manager from February 2016 to November 2018, and at Metis Associates from December 2010 to February 2016 as a Research Analyst, where responsibilities included quantitative and qualitative data analysis, report writing, and program evaluation. Allison's career began at Metis Associates in December 2007 as a Research Assistant and Project Support Specialist, focusing on large scale survey management and data processing. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from NYU Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development.
