Joseph Clements is an experienced Economic Affairs Officer at UNCTAD, serving in various capacities since September 2005, including roles as Sustainable Investment Expert, Investment Policy Specialist, and Speechwriter. Prior to this, Joseph was a Consultant at Hackney Education from March 2003 to June 2004 and worked as a Project Manager at ActionSpace from September 2000 to October 2002.
