Roula Katergi has extensive experience in debt management and user support, currently serving as Team Leader for Quality Assurance and User Support with the DMFAS Programme at UNCTAD since April 2009. Prior to this role, Roula Katergi worked at UNCTAD as a Debt Management Expert from February 1997 to December 2008, and held the position of Consultant in Debt Management at Banque du Liban from 1991 to 2008, where responsibilities included serving as Assistant Deputy Director. Roula Katergi holds a Master of Arts degree in Business Management from Lebanese American University, attained between 1983 and 1989.
