Michelle L. Cathorall

Michelle L. Cathorall, DrPH, MPH, MCHES, currently serves as an Associate Professor and Public Health Program Coordinator at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, a position held since August 2020. Prior to this role, Michelle spent seven years at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where titles included Associate Professor, Public Health Program Director, and Assistant Professor of Public Health. Michelle's experience extends back to developing a worksite wellness program at HealthyUNCG and various roles in public health education and project coordination with a focus on injury prevention and health behavior. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from California State University, Fullerton.
