Kathy Li is an experienced business analytics manager with a robust background in data analysis and business process improvement. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Analytics at Under Armour since September 2021, Kathy previously held the role of Senior Business Analyst at Sainsbury’s Argos Asia Sourcing Limited, focusing on business intelligence and stakeholder collaboration. Prior positions include Business Analyst at Dairy Farm Group, where Kathy analyzed customer insights and sales trends, as well as various merchandising roles at Maplin and Tesco Sourcing. Kathy's professional journey began with a summer internship at Hang Seng Bank and is supported by a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
