Miranda Delaney

Miranda Delaney holds extensive experience in talent development and retail management, primarily with Under Armour since May 2009, where roles have included Sr. Manager of Talent Development for Global and Americas Retail, General Manager, and various leadership positions in store management. Responsibilities have encompassed driving sales through effective coaching and customer service, recruitment, training, payroll management, and executing visual presentations across multiple locations. Prior to Under Armour, Miranda served as Assistant Store Manager at Athleta, focusing on visual merchandising, team training, and driving sales results. Miranda is a graduate of Stevenson University.
