Tim Lauterbach has a diverse work experience starting in 2003 when they worked as a Network Administrator at the Institute of Sociology, RWTH Aachen. In 2005, they joined P3-Solutions as a Software Tester and worked there until 2008. Tim then joined Ericsson in 2012 as an Internship Student before transitioning to a Diploma Student role later that year. In 2013, they became a Project Engineer at Ericsson and worked there until 2014 when they took on the role of Systems Designer. From 2015 to 2021, Tim worked as a Solution Architect at Ericsson. In 2021, they became a System Manager, a position they held until 2023. Currently, Tim is working as a Technical Sales Manager at understand.ai.
Tim Lauterbach completed their education at RWTH Aachen University from 2000 to 2012, earning a degree in Computer Science with the designation Dipl.-Inform. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2018.
