Undo
Marco Barisione is a Principal Software Engineer at Undo since October 2016, focusing on the development of the Undo engine for Linux user space programs. In addition, Marco has been a developer at Gnome since 2003 and a member of the GNOME Foundation since 2007. Previous experience includes a role as Member of Technical Staff at Bromium from March 2015 to September 2016, where responsibilities involved the development of a stand-alone virtualised web browser and security components for OS X. Marco served as a Principal Software Engineer at Collabora Ltd from March 2008 to March 2015, working on various open source projects, particularly for Raspberry Pi. An early contribution as a Summer of Code student developer at Google involved implementing file transfer for the Telepathy framework and the Gnome Desktop. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, complemented by a high school degree from Liceo Scientifico A. Avogadro.
