Boaz Paldi

Boaz Paldi is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in communications and journalism. Currently serving as the Chief Creative Officer at UNDP since August 2022, Paldi manages the Lion’s Share Fund, an innovative conservation initiative. Previously at UNDP from 2012 to 2016, Paldi held roles as Acting Chief of Advocacy & Media and Chief of Partnerships, Special Events and Multimedia, leading global campaigns, including the launch of the Sustainable Development Goals. With a background in multimedia, Paldi spearheaded strategies as Head of the Multimedia Department from 2005 to 2012. Paldi's earlier career includes significant positions at Thomson Reuters, covering conflict zones and humanitarian crises, as well as experience with various media organizations including BBC News and The Associated Press. Paldi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television from Camera Obscura Film and Television School.
