Naira Grigoryan

Naira Grigoryan is an accomplished leader in human resources with extensive experience at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), starting from June 1994 and advancing to the role of Deputy Director for Strategic People Management in the Office of Human Resources since April 2005. Key responsibilities include providing strategic HR advisory services, developing integrated workforce planning approaches, advising on staffing decisions, and establishing people management policies and systems. Prior roles include Chief of Career and Succession Management, where insights on career transitions and succession planning were developed, as well as HR Advisor for the Regional Bureau for Europe and the CIS, where strategic HR support and organizational design initiatives were implemented. Grigoryan's earlier experience includes managing the Operations Centre of UNDP, coordinating various administrative functions and supporting project operations.
