Paul Anderton

Paul Anderton is an experienced professional in leadership development and communications, currently serving as the Manager of Leadership Development at the United Nations Development Programme since April 2011. In this role, Paul leads global initiatives focused on customized learning solutions and has successfully managed the Leadership Development Pathway programme, which has received multiple prestigious awards. Prior experience includes roles such as Program Manager at the Arab-American Family Support Center, Project Coordinator at Right To Play, and various teaching positions in Japan and Taiwan. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in International Development Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies from the University of East Anglia.
