Paul Brandley

Paul Brandley serves as the Finance Lead for the Giga initiative at the United Nations, guiding a finance team dedicated to building sustainable connectivity models with governments. Concurrently, Brandley holds roles as Research Mobilization and Financial Structuring Expert at the United Nations Capital Development Fund and Senior Finance Expert at UNDP. Brandley has also advised AGO Financial Services LLC since 2017 and was Operating Partner at Club Underdog with North Sixth Group. Prior experience includes leading finance and investor relations at Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners, serving as Interim CFO at Neighborly, and acting as CFO at MBTA, where significant operational and financial improvements were achieved. Brandley’s early career included roles at Goldman Sachs and Barclays Investment Bank, focusing on investment solutions for a broad client base. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from Georgetown University.
