Prior roles include Head of Video Content and Head of Training at enguru Live English Learning App, where responsibilities included managing freelance teachers, quality control, and producing video content. Arun's background also features extensive training experience with diverse international learners and corporate clients, including the Indian Air Force, as an ESL/EFL trainer and consultant trainer. Arun has a strong educational foundation with a Post Graduate Degree in Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, and certifications from the University of Cambridge and NLP Academy.
