Ltd., Regional Business Manager at ISDC Global, Senior Manager of Corporate Relations at Audayika Learning, and Manager of Corporate Relations at O&M Solutions. Earlier in their career, they served as an Officer of Corporate Relations at GIFT & KIST. Overall, Susant brings a wealth of experience in business development, strategic alliances, executive education, and corporate relations.

Susant then completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing & HR at Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. Additionally, Susant earned a PG Diploma in International Business from the Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Coursera. Lastly, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Fungiculture from Orissa University of Agriculture & Technology, Bhubaneswar.
