Raffaella Cespites

Raffaella Cespites is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at UNGUESS, a position held since June 2025. Previously, Raffaella was Head of Talent Management at Publicis Groupe Italia and Head of People & Culture at UNGUESS. Raffaella's extensive experience includes roles such as Industrial Relations & HR Manager at Unes Supermercati, where responsibility encompassed HR management for over 3,200 employees across 135 supermarkets, as well as the establishment of the Industrial Relations function at Unes. Additional roles include HR Business Partner at DoveVivo S.p.A. and Vodafone, with a focus on customer operations and mergers and acquisitions. Raffaella began professional training as a trainee lawyer at Studio legale Nitti and completed an internship at the Ministero della Giustizia.
