Valentina Coppini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and product management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success & Delivery at UNGUESS since March 2022, Valentina previously held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to that, Valentina was with FacilityLive from April 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included serving as Products & Processes Owner and Deputy Chief Market Officer, overseeing the design, delivery, and marketing of the company's platforms. Valentina's earlier roles include Brand Manager and Product Owner at BRIKO S.p.A, where Valentina spearheaded the brand relaunch for its winter and summer collections, and Creative Director at Boroli - Silvano ed Elena Boroli srl, focusing on brand identity.
