Aditya Gandotra

Assisting Counsel at UNHCR

Aditya Gandotra serves as an Assistant Professor and Lecturer at Jindal Global Law School (JGLS) since January 2020 and holds the roles of Faculty Coordinator for both the Client Counselling Society and Moot Court Society. Concurrently, Aditya is involved with the Jindal Centre for the Global South as a Reviewer for the Global South Studies Series. Legal experience includes roles as Assisting Counsel at Save the Children, India, and UNHCR since January 2019, as well as in litigation and arbitration within the hydro-electric power sector at Chenab Valley Power Projects from May 2019 to January 2020. Additional experience includes an Arbitration Trainee position under Hon'ble Justice T.S. Thakur, editorial roles at Queen Mary University of London, and advocacy in civil and criminal courts in Jammu. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Jammu.
