Pierre Chesnay's work experience includes a position as Vice President, Legal Affairs and Secretary at Uni-Select Inc. from 1996 to present. Pierre joined the company as General Counsel in 1996 and was later appointed Vice President, Legal Affairs in 1999. Pierre is responsible for various legal matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general business issues in both Canada and the USA. Pierre also manages real estate leases and the insurance portfolio. Prior to their current role, Pierre had a position in an undisclosed company starting in 2013.
Pierre Chesnay has a diverse education history. In 1966, they enrolled at Collège Jean de Brébeuf and completed a Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Economics in 1972. After that, they attended Université de Montréal from 1972 to 1975, where they pursued a Bachelor of Law (LLL) degree. Furthermore, in 2001, they attended HEC Montréal and completed a Management program known as CIREM.
