Rasim Babayev has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Rasim started their career at Azerbaijan Credit Bank OJSC, where they worked as a cashier and later moved on to become a specialist in the customer service department. Rasim eventually became the Head of the plastic cards division. In 2010, Rasim joined Unibank and held various roles, including specialist in the department of financial control, supervisor of the business process standardization and branch management department, and manager of special development projects. Rasim was also the Deputy Head of the retail banking product and process development department and the Deputy Head of the retail business development department. Rasim is currently serving as the Director of the Marketing Department at Unibank.
Rasim Babayev earned a Bachelor's degree in International Law from Qafqaz Universiteti, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
