Sara R. has extensive experience in international relations, development, and partnerships, currently serving in the Corporate and Community Partnerships (Stewardship and Operations) role at UNICEF Canada since October 2021. Previously, Sara worked with the Ontario Cabinet Office in the International Relations Policy Unit for a brief period in 2021, as well as contributing to Global Affairs Canada in the Partnerships for Development Innovation Branch as part of a master's program. Sara gained experience at the United Nations Information Centre and held various positions at the Embassy of Canada from 2009 to 2019, including Senior Officer for the Ontario Trade and Investment Office and Environment and Development Officer. Earlier career experience includes work with the Trade Commissioner Service in Guadalajara. Sara holds a Master of Global Affairs with a specialization in Global Development from the University of Toronto, and has obtained degrees and diplomas from several prestigious institutions in international business and the protection of minors.
