Najib Bajali

Najib Bajali is a seasoned professional in policy and finance with a focus on international development and peacebuilding. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Adviser at UNICEF UK since January 2024, Najib previously held the position of Head of Peace Economies at International Alert from June 2021 to January 2024. Prior roles include Head of Advocacy and Social Justice for the MENA region at Open Doors International, Research Assistant at World Watch Monitor, Communication and Donor Relations Coordinator at Open Doors UK & IRE, and Research Assistant at The Bodleian Libraries, University of Oxford. Najib's academic credentials include a Master of Philosophy in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Trinity College Dublin, a Postgraduate Degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geology from the University of Aleppo.
