Rai Goli has extensive work experience in various roles related to data management and database administration. They started their career as an Assistant Database Administrator at the National Housing Federation in 2003. They later worked as a Senior Database Officer at The Brooke from 2006 to 2008. Rai then joined the British Red Cross as a Database Marketing Officer from 2008 to 2010. They also volunteered at the Wulugu Orphanage in Northern Ghana as part of the BUNAC Volunteer Ghana Programme. Rai then became a Campaign Data Analyst at The Royal British Legion from 2011 to 2013. They worked as a Database Analysis Executive at Shelter UK in 2013. Rai then transitioned to roles in the nonprofit sector, starting as a Supporter Data Officer at RNIB in 2014. They held various positions at RNIB, including Supporter Data Specialist, Data Services Manager, and Senior Customer Database Manager. Rai joined Mencap in 2017 as a CRM Manager before moving to UNICEF UK in 2019. At UNICEF UK, they served as a Marketing Data Development Manager and are currently working as a Supporter Data Manager. Throughout their career, Rai has demonstrated expertise in data selection, database management, and strategic development.

Rai Goli earned a BSc (Honours) degree in Information Systems from Brunel University London, completing the program between 2001 and 2005.
