Søren Nicolay Edsen Johansen

Søren Nicolay Edsen Johansen is a highly experienced legal professional with a robust background in risk management and contract law. Currently serving as a Risk Management Specialist at UNICEF since September 2019, Søren previously held the position of Assistant Attorney at Law at the Danish Freight Forwarders Association from March 2015 to August 2019. A former In-house Legal Consultant at Wyndham Worldwide, Søren specialized in drafting and negotiating long-term contracts across 27 countries. Additionally, Søren served as a Magistrate at the District Court of Copenhagen between January 2012 and March 2015 and led the Secretariat of the Ankenævnet for Feriehusudlejning. Søren's early career included roles such as a bartender and a student in various organizations, alongside obtaining both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law from the University of Copenhagen, as well as completing advanced legal training at the Danish Bar and Law Society.
