Sunita Grote

Sunita Grote is an experienced leader in innovation and partnerships, currently serving as Lead of UNICEF Ventures since November 2020. Grote has a strong history with UNICEF, having previously held roles including Co-Lead of UNICEF Ventures and Co-Founder of the Venture Fund, where strategic management and partnership development were key responsibilities. A background in independent consulting focused on strategy development and innovative financing complements a rich history of working in health and human rights advocacy, including significant positions at the International HIV/AIDS Alliance and India HIV/AIDS Alliance. Sunita Grote holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MSc from The London School of Economics, and a BSc from Imperial College London.
