Prior to this role, Dr. Kolmer was the Head of Political Research at Media Tenor International from April 1995 to January 2017. Dr. Kolmer holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Publizistik- und Kommunikationswissenschaft from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and completed studies at Ruhr University Bochum from 1985 to 1988.
