Ale Quintero is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in various roles within the design industry. Currently serving as Head of Design at Cooler since July 2023, Ale previously held the position of Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together, where the focus was on advancing health and human services. Ale's design expertise also includes a role as Lead Experience Designer at Sofía, contributing to the reimagining of health insurance. Notably, Ale was a Founding Designer for Knoable, Inc. and operated as a Freelance Designer with Alejandra Quintero Design, specializing in brand experiences for startups. Ale's co-founding experience at The Handsome Pig involved developing product concepts and business strategies. Earlier career highlights include design work at Rehilete Estudio Creativo, contributing to projects for major clients like Universal Music Group and MTV, as well as brand strategy development for communities in Oaxaca. Ale began the professional journey as a Junior Designer at Decofuego Chimeneas | Grupo Imaco. Ale holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
