Matthew Makein, MBA, possesses extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as Senior Program Manager at UNICOM Engineering since October 2015. Prior roles at UNICOM included Program Manager II, Program Manager, and Project Coordinator. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Project Engineer at Vacuum Process Technology LLC from September 2013 to October 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing the manufacturing process, managing vendor relationships, and driving cost-saving initiatives. Early in their career, Matthew was employed at Dick's Sporting Goods as a Bike Tech, focusing on quality standards and customer service. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration from Bridgewater State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Management and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from the same institution and Massasoit Community College.
