Charles Jones

Charles Jones is a Senior Systems Engineer at Unicon, Inc. since December 2014, with extensive experience in systems engineering and administration across various organizations. Prior to Unicon, Charles worked at Cisco Systems as a contracted Senior Systems Engineer, focusing on engineering and support for the Networking Academy Business Intelligence teams. Charles also held roles at the Cisco Learning Institute, where responsibilities included overseeing an IT infrastructure shutdown and managing a fully operational IT department. Previous positions include managing a systems engineering team at Qwest Communications and mentoring junior engineers, as well as serving as a Senior Systems Administrator for the State of Mississippi. Charles holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Pearl River Community College and has a solid foundation in technology management, systems engineering, and IT infrastructure.
