Charles "Jud" Hemming has extensive experience in the legal field. Charles "Jud" co-founded UniCourt Inc. in 2014 and currently serves as an Advisor and Co-Founder. In the same year, they also established their own law firm, Hemming & Associates, P.C., where they are currently the CEO and an Attorney. Prior to these roles, they worked as an Attorney at the Law Firm of Higbee & Associates from 2009 to 2014. Beginning their career in 1978, Hemming was a Partner and Co-Founder at Hemming, Polaczyk, Cronin, Witthoff, Bennett & Demopoulos P.C. until 2005.

Charles "Jud" Hemming attended Albion College from 1967 to 1971, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Later, from 1971 to 1974, they pursued their Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
