Alessandro Zago

Alessandro Zago has extensive experience in performance management and business transformation, currently serving as the Group COO Performance Management at UniCredit since September 2016. In this role, Alessandro optimizes resource allocation and monitors projects affecting capacity at a Group level, with a focus on implementing the EtE Data Journey for Group Real Estate. Previous positions include Head of Marketing & Business Transformation and Head of Corporate Market at i-Faber, where Alessandro spearheaded transformation initiatives and developed long-term partnerships. Additionally, experience at Accenture Italia includes management consulting and Lean Six Sigma coaching. Alessandro holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Università degli studi Roma TRE.
