Murali Krishna Ganta Ramachandran is an experienced Information Technology Application Analyst at UniCredit Services S.C.p.A. since October 2018. Prior to this role, Murali served as a 2nd Level Service Desk Specialist at Diebold Nixdorf, where responsibilities included resolving IT issues and managing service incidents through Oracle CRM from September 2015 to September 2018. Earlier experience was as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, focusing on developing web and enterprise applications with JAVA and J2EE Technologies from February 2013 to September 2014. Murali holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from Vel Tech (2008-2012).
