Martin Hiley is an experienced professional with a strong background in research and analysis across various sectors. Currently serving as the Research and Insight Manager at UNiDAYS, Martin is responsible for managing research projects from inception to completion, including proposal writing and data analysis. Previously, Martin held roles such as Media Assistant at Southampton Football Club, where extensive writing for club communications was undertaken, and Insight Manager at Merlin Entertainments, overseeing customer insights across renowned attractions in Europe. Additionally, Martin has experience as an Insight Manager at the University of Southampton Students' Union and has held administrative roles at Hampshire County Council and ORANGE GROVE FOSTERCARE LTD, focusing on statistical analysis, project management, and process improvement. Martin holds a Master’s degree in History and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Southampton.
