Lora Pennington

Lora Pennington has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as the Assistant Controller of Financial Reporting at Unifi, Inc. since January 1998, where responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and review of internal financial statements and SEC reporting for a $700 million publicly traded company. Prior roles include Senior Internal Auditor at Ladd Furniture, Inc., managing operational audits and consulting with senior management, and Manager at Leeper, Hilliard, Laughlin & Kean, LLP, where audit planning and tax return preparation were key duties. Lora Pennington earned a dual Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
