Emma Jarvis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently a member of the leadership team at Unified since November 2019, Emma leads client-facing operations and manages production and delivery teams across multiple disciplines, including development and digital marketing. Prior roles include Head of Project Management and Project Manager at Arts Alliance Media, where Emma contributed to significant project initiatives. Emma also delivered a transformation program at THE SCHOOL AND FAMILY WORKS LTD, and managed a large-scale organizational transformation at Sparknow. Earlier experience at Procter & Gamble included roles as Global Project Manager and Business Intelligence - Business Reporting Service Manager, focusing on reporting solutions and operational excellence. Emma holds a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford, obtained in 1999.
