Daniel L. is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service management and customer relations. Currently serving as IT Service Quality Manager at Unified National Networks since November 2019, Daniel L. has previously held roles as IT Service Manager and Customer Manager within the same company. Prior experience at DST from May 2011 to October 2019 includes positions such as Manager of Service Management Support, where oversight of Desktop Support, Service Desk, Print Management, and Project Management teams was conducted, as well as Manager of Customer Service, focusing on corporate account management and customer issue resolution. Additionally, Daniel L. managed Strategic Account Management in Sales & Solution, developing new business opportunities through client acquisition. Daniel L. holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Wollongong, earned between 1999 and 2003.
