Faiz Majid has extensive experience in the IT and network operations sectors, currently serving in various roles at Unified National Networks (UNN) since September 2019, including Network Operations, IT Operations Technician, and IT Service Desk Agent. Prior to this, Faiz worked at Brunei International Gateway Sdn Bhd (BIG) from September 2013 to August 2019 as an Assistant Technical Support Executive, providing client support and managing technical tasks related to submarine systems and backhaul operations. Earlier experience includes a three-month internship at BAG Networks Sdn Bhd in 2010, where Faiz assisted clients with software installations and system connectivity. Faiz holds a high school degree from the International School of Brunei and completed education at Micronet International College between 2006 and 2010.
