Katharine O'Neill

Katharine O'Neill is a seasoned payroll and benefits manager with extensive experience in overseeing payroll operations and managing staff in multinational environments. Currently serving as the Manager of Payroll and Benefits at UniFirst Corporation since May 2023, Katharine previously held roles including Payroll Manager at OTIP from February 2022 to May 2023, and Payroll Supervisor at Allianz Global Assistance for over two decades. Responsibilities included full maintenance of HRIS systems, coordination of benefit programs, processing payroll for diverse employee groups, and managing various HR-related initiatives.
