Osman Ayhan has over 20 years of experience in the field of information technology. Osman started their career as a Software Engineering Specialist at Sandoz Pharmaceuticals in 2004, where they worked until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Software Engineering Specialist at Abdi İbrahim Pharmaceuticals. In 2008, they joined SHAYA as a Software Engineering Specialist and worked there until 2009.
In 2009, Ayhan became a System Analyst at Johnson&Johnson - Janssen, where they acted as a project manager for IT projects supporting the Sales, Marketing, and Finance departments. Osman also implemented Business Intelligence Data Warehouse systems during their time there.
From 2010 to 2013, Ayhan worked as an IT Manager at Tchibo Gmbh Turkey, where they managed the IT department and defined the IT strategy for the company. Osman also supported international IT operations and provided secure, high-quality IT services for improving business processes.
In 2013, Ayhan joined Oger Telecom as an IT Manager, where they directed the operational and strategic planning of the IT department and implemented ITIL practices. Osman also managed the budgeting and purchasing of IT resources.
Since 2016, Ayhan has been working at Unifree Duty Free, initially as an IT Manager and later as an IT Director. During their time at Unifree Duty Free, they directed and devised digital transformation strategies, implemented SAP projects, and led a team of 75+ people in reorganizing and developing the IT organization. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director Information Technology.
Osman Ayhan holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Sakarya University, which they completed from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Engineering from Sakarya University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Ayhan has also acquired various certifications in fields such as talent management, strategy execution, digital transformation leadership, project management (PMP), and IT service management (ITIL V3 Foundation).
