Previously, Elsarky served as Executive Chairman of Artisan du Chocolat Ltd from October 2020 to February 2022 and as President & CEO of Godiva Chocolatier from February 2010 to December 2017, significantly contributing to the brand's global expansion. Additional roles include Board Member positions at Gözde Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş., Şok Marketler, and Nomad Foods, as well as Non-Executive Chairman at the British Equestrian Federation.
